Hello There Little One,

It is just the beginning for us. The beginning of a relationship that will last the rest of our lives. I know it really begins now, in this time of waiting, hoping, praying and dreaming of who you are and who you will become. I know that you are out there being taken care of by a God much bigger than I, but I long for the day when I can share the joy he feels in simply being with you and watching you grow.
I wonder about you all the time. If you are a boy or a girl, if you will be timid or full of spunk, social and bubbly or thoughtful and quiet. I wonder what you will think of me and all of your new family, what you will need for me and your Dad to be for you. I wonder if you'll love me as much as I already love you, not even knowing the beginnings of who you are or who we'll be together.I know that I will make mistakes and fall short sometimes, but when you look back on your life, I want you to know how much I love you now before we even meet, so that you never question whether or not you are wanted or loved in this family of ours. You are already all we dream of. You are the child we always wanted. You'll never be anything less than a miracle to both your Dad and I.
We are full of hope in this time of waiting and find rest and peace knowing that God's arms hold you now, caring for you until our arms can be there too.
I look forward to meeting you little one and watching you become everything you can dream of being.
Mama
