We are all set for our referral- whenever that may come! Our final immigration approval came in from the Department of Homeland Security today. I have been so impressed with how quickly all of our government paperwork has been processed througout this adoption. So many other families have waited up to 4 or 5 months to receive their approval. You can imagine my surprise when, after just 3 weeks we received ours!
As far as paperwork goes- we are ready to bring 2 children (if God so chooses) home from Africa. We are so excited!:)
In other news, we were told this last week that the military will move our home belongings to Bethesda, but not our vehicle or Dudley. So it looks like while Garrett is at officer training, I will be driving myself and the dog accross the country. At first I was kinda bummed, but after a few days of thought, I'm really excited about it. It is going to be such an adventure. Anyway, lots more to plan and do!
