We're officially pregnant!!!!!! Well, as pregnant as we are going to get along this journey to bring our babies home! The waiting begins today and is expected to last the 9 months a pregnancy would. Each month is a stepping stone and each day is one day closer to bringing our baby(ies) home. There are no words to express how excited we are.
We woke up this morning and immediatly checked our email, knowing that our dossier would arrive this morning. I emailed Jackie, our social worker at CHSFS, yesterday requesting that she let us know as soon as she received it. Sure enough, an email from Jackie was sitting in our inbox letting us know that our dossier had arrived and she would be going through it today! She emailed us again, before the end of her day and let us know that everything is there, and we are on the waiting list!
Not only that, but we received a letter in the mail today from immigration scheduling an appointment to have our fingerprints done this coming Saturday! Unbelievable how things work out. Time after time, during this process I have been completely blown away by how everything has fallen into place just as it is meant to. One more thing to be thankful for!
