Well, needless to say it has been a tough few days. Garrett and I have struggled through some difficult emotions and find ourselves at the feet of the Lord, hoping that he will provide a miracle in all of this.
We have spent a lot of hours looking into and filling out all of the grant applications that we thought we would have some time to work on. We won't be able to send them out until we receive our copy of the finished home study, but that should come to us by next week. Most of the programs take about 3 months to process the paperwork, so that gives us an added trimester to our "paper pregnancy", until we hear further.
Thank you to all that have called and emailed us in prayer and support, it is grealy appreciated. The knowledge of Gods timing in this process is embedded in our minds, but sometimes the distance that message has to go to get to the heart is long and tiresome. Sometimes things are just hard. This is one of those times for us.
Please continue to pray along with us for peace in the wait for a miraculous intervention!
